Health guarantee
Every BunnyPuppy puppy is checked by our partner veterinary hospital, vaccinated for their age and microchipped before travel.
If, within fourteen (14) calendar days after arrival at the agreed destination airport, your puppy is diagnosed with an infectious disease by a licensed veterinarian, or passes away, we will provide a replacement puppy at no additional purchase price. The replacement puppy is chosen together with you.
To use this guarantee, please send us a medical certificate from a licensed veterinarian. This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Deposit and reservation
A deposit reserves your puppy. The deposit amount, the balance and the payment schedule are written in your invoice and contract before you pay.
Refunds
- Once a puppy is reserved, exchanges or refunds for personal reasons (a change of mind) are not possible.
- A puppy's appearance changes as they grow before departure, and this is not a reason for a refund. You can ask for a video update every week (up to twice a week) to follow your puppy's growth.
- We do not postpone departure, except when there is a problem in the quarantine or departure process. If departure is not possible within nine (9) months, we refund the full amount you have paid.

건강 보증
버니퍼피의 모든 강아지는 출국 전 제휴 동물병원 검진, 월령별 예방접종, 마이크로칩 등록을 마쳐요.
약정한 도착 공항에 도착한 날로부터 14일(달력 기준) 이내에 면허를 가진 수의사가 강아지의 전염병을 진단하거나 강아지가 사망한 경우, 추가 분양 비용 없이 다른 강아지로 교체해 드려요. 교체할 강아지는 고객님과 함께 정해요.
건강 보증을 받으시려면 면허를 가진 수의사의 진단서를 보내 주세요. 이 보증은 관련 법률에 따른 고객님의 권리를 제한하지 않아요.
계약금과 예약
계약금으로 강아지를 예약해요. 계약금, 잔금, 결제 일정은 결제 전에 인보이스와 계약서에 적어 드려요.
환불
- 예약 후 고객님의 단순 변심으로 인한 교환이나 환불은 할 수 없어요.
- 출국 전 강아지가 자라면서 생기는 외모 변화는 환불 사유가 아니에요. 매주 영상을 요청하실 수 있어요(최대 주 2회).
- 검역이나 출국 절차의 문제가 아니면 출국 일정을 미루지 않아요. 9개월 안에 출국이 불가능한 경우 지불하신 금액 전액을 환불해 드려요.
