버니퍼피(BunnyPuppy, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 해외 고객에게는 유럽 일반개인정보보호법(GDPR), 미국 캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보 보호법(CCPA/CPRA) 등 고객이 거주하는 지역의 법령도 적용될 수 있습니다. 이 방침은 회사가 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·제공·보관·파기하는지와 고객의 권리를 알려드립니다.

3. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법

• 문의·상담: 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 메신저 계정(인스타그램·왓츠앱 등), 거주 국가, 문의 내용과 첨부 파일
• 분양 계약·배송: 이름, 연락처, 주소, 도착 공항, 여권 정보 등 수입 서류에 필요한 정보, 계약 내용
• 결제: 결제 수단 정보, 결제 내역, 송금인 정보(카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 결제 대행사가 처리하며 회사는 전체 카드 번호를 보관하지 않습니다)

4. 보유 및 이용 기간

개인정보는 수집·이용 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 아래 정보는 법령에 따라 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

5. 파기 절차와 방법

보유 기간이 끝났거나 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 다른 정보와 분리하여 보관합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 고객의 동의가 있거나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.

• 반려동물 운송 업체·항공사: 강아지 운송 목적 / 이름, 연락처, 도착 공항·주소 / 운송 완료 후 해당 업체의 법정 보관 기간까지 (업체는 건별로 안내)
• 검역·세관 당국(한국 및 도착 국가): 출국·수입 절차 목적 / 수입 서류에 필요한 정보 / 해당 기관의 법정 기간까지
• 수사기관 등: 법령에 따른 적법한 요청이 있는 경우

7. 개인정보 처리 위탁

회사는 원활한 서비스를 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기거나 맡길 수 있으며, 위탁 계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리되도록 관리·감독합니다. 업체가 추가되거나 바뀌면 이 방침에 반영합니다.

9. 맞춤형 광고와 행태정보

회사는 고객에게 더 관심 있을 만한 소식을 보여드리기 위해 Meta 픽셀, Google 애널리틱스·Google Ads 태그, TikTok 픽셀, Pinterest 태그 등을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 도구들은 웹사이트 방문 기록, 클릭, 관심 강아지, 광고 반응, 기기·광고 식별자를 수집하여 회사와 해당 광고 플랫폼이 광고를 보여주고 성과를 측정하는 데 사용합니다. 행태정보는 수집일로부터 최대 2년간 보관될 수 있습니다.

10. 광고성 정보 전송

회사는 고객이 사전에 동의한 경우에만 이메일, 문자, 메신저 등으로 광고성 정보를 보냅니다. 광고성 정보에는 "(광고)" 표시와 수신 거부 방법을 함께 안내하며, 고객은 언제든지 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거래 진행에 필요한 안내(계약, 결제, 운송 소식)는 광고성 정보가 아니므로 수신 거부와 관계없이 보내질 수 있습니다.

11. 쿠키

쿠키는 웹사이트가 고객의 기기에 저장하는 작은 파일입니다. 회사는 아래 목적으로 쿠키를 사용하며, 쿠키는 약 30분에서 최대 2년간 유지됩니다.

12. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

고객은 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리 정지, 동의 철회, 개인정보 전송(이동) 요구를 할 수 있습니다. info@bunnypuppykorea.com 또는 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이(법정 기한 10일 이내) 처리합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있으며, 이 경우 위임장을 제출해 주셔야 합니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 삭제 요청이 제한될 수 있습니다.

13. 아동의 개인정보

회사의 서비스는 성인을 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동(해외는 해당 국가 기준: 미국 13세, 유럽 16세 등)의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다. 보호자께서는 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

14. 민감정보와 가명정보

회사는 사상·신념, 건강, 생체정보 등 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 가명정보를 처리하지 않습니다. 여권 번호 등 고유식별정보는 수입 서류 준비에 법적으로 필요한 경우에만 처리합니다.

15. 자동화된 결정

회사는 고객에게 법적 또는 중대한 영향을 미치는 완전 자동화된 결정을 하지 않습니다. 다만 Shopify 등 결제 시스템은 부정 결제를 막기 위해 반복적으로 결제에 실패한 IP 주소나 카드를 일시적으로 차단할 수 있습니다.

16. 안전성 확보 조치

개인정보가 유출된 사실을 알게 되면 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 해당 고객과 관계 기관에 알리고, 피해를 줄이기 위한 조치를 합니다.

21. 방침의 변경

이 방침을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(고객 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 웹사이트에 알려드립니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

BunnyPuppy (버니퍼피, "we", "us") is a puppy boutique in Goyang, Korea. We follow Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and, where they apply to you, the privacy laws of your country, including the EU and UK GDPR and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). This policy explains how we collect, use, share, keep and delete personal information, and what rights you have.

1. Scope

This policy covers our website, the official channels below, and the puppy purchase and delivery process. Accounts not listed here are not official BunnyPuppy channels.

2. Information we collect and how

• Enquiries: name, phone number, email, messaging accounts, country, your messages and attachments
• Purchase and delivery: name, contact details, address, destination airport, passport and other details needed for import documents, and contract details
• Payment: payment method, transaction records and sender details. Card details are handled by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, visit times, pages viewed, referral source, cookies and advertising identifiers
• Sources: you (forms, messages, emails, calls, contracts), cookies, pixels and similar tools, and our payment and transport partners

3. How we use it

• To answer enquiries and introduce puppies
• To make and carry out the purchase, take payment, prepare export and import documents and arrange transport
• To provide the health guarantee and after-sale support, and to handle disputes
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
• To run, secure, measure and improve the website
• With your consent where required, to send news about puppies and offers and to show personalised advertising

4. Advertising and analytics

We may use tools such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, the TikTok Pixel, the Pinterest Tag and Microsoft Advertising. They collect information such as pages visited, clicks, puppies viewed, ad interactions and device or advertising identifiers, so that we and these platforms can show relevant ads and measure results. This data may be kept for up to 2 years.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where the law requires. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them separately.

5. Marketing messages

We send marketing emails, texts or messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can stop them at any time. Messages about your purchase (contract, payment, transport) are not marketing and may still be sent.

6. Sharing

We share personal information only where needed and allowed by law:

• Service providers: Shopify (website hosting, storage, forms, orders and fraud prevention); Zoho (Zoho Mail, which hosts our email); payment providers (such as PayPal, Shopify Payments, Stripe and banks); Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp); Google (Analytics, Ads, YouTube); TikTok; Pinterest; Microsoft Advertising; email and message marketing tools (such as Klaviyo and Shopify Email); pet transport agents
• Delivery: pet transport companies, airlines, and quarantine and customs authorities in Korea and your country
• Legal reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests such as court orders, or protect our rights
• Business changes: if our business is merged, sold or transferred, with notice to you

We do not sell personal information for money.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process your information in Korea, Canada, the USA, Ireland, Singapore, India and other countries. Emails you send us are stored by Zoho in its data centres. Shopify may first process information of customers in Europe in Ireland and then transfer it to Canada, the USA and elsewhere. Where the law requires, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed. Korean law requires us to keep records of contracts and payments for 5 years, records of complaints and disputes for 3 years, records of advertising for 6 months, tax records for 5 years and website access logs for 3 months. Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

9. Cookies

We use cookies that last from about 30 minutes up to 2 years:

• Essential: localization, _shopify_essential, _secure_session_id, cart, cart_sig, cart_ts, checkout_token, keep_alive, secure_customer_sig and similar — language and region, security, checkout
• Analytics: _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _shopify_sa_p, _shopify_sa_t, _landing_page, _orig_referrer, _tracking_consent and Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) — visits and traffic sources
• Advertising: Meta (_fbp, _fbc), Google Ads (_gcl_au), TikTok (_ttp), Pinterest (_pin_unauth) and similar — personalised ads and measurement

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or change your choice in the cookie banner where one is shown. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14 in Korea, under 13 in the USA, under 16 in the EU, or under the age set by your local law. If we learn we have, we delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us to ask for deletion.

11. Sensitive information and automated decisions

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, beliefs or biometric data. Passport and similar ID details are processed only when legally required for import documents. We do not make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you; payment systems such as Shopify may temporarily block IP addresses or cards after repeated failed payments to prevent fraud.

12. Security and breaches

We limit access to personal information, use two-step verification and encrypted connections (HTTPS), and keep paper records locked. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

13. Your rights by region

Everyone: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, ask us to stop or limit using it, withdraw consent, or get a copy to transfer. Email info@bunnypuppykorea.com or use the contacts below. We may ask you to confirm your identity. An authorised agent may make a request for you with proof of authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Korea: we respond within 10 days. You can also contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), the Privacy Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office (1301) or the Korean National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (182).

European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: we process your information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (your purchase), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time), legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (running and securing our business, where your rights do not override them). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, including objection to direct marketing, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office: https://ico.org.uk). We respond within one month.

California, USA (CCPA/CPRA): in the last 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as name, contact details, IP address), commercial information (purchase records), internet activity (browsing and ad interactions), and geolocation derived from IP address, from the sources and for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information for money, but using advertising cookies and pixels may count as "selling" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive information (which we do not collect), and not be discriminated against. You can opt out by using the opt-outs above, a GPC signal, or by emailing info@bunnypuppykorea.com. We respond to verified requests within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where allowed). We do not knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.

Other US states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland and others as their laws take effect): you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, get a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale and profiling. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if the appeal is denied you can contact your state Attorney General.

Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws): you can access and correct your information and withdraw consent, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Australia and New Zealand: you can access and correct your information and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Japan (APPI): you can ask for disclosure, correction, suspension of use and deletion, and information about transfers to third parties outside Japan.

China (PIPL): by sending us your information you understand it will be transferred to Korea and to the service providers above for the purposes described. You can access, copy, correct and delete it and withdraw consent.

Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil (LGPD), the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries: you have the rights your local law gives you, which we will honour. Contact us to use them.
