1. Who we are

BunnyPuppy (버니퍼피) is a licensed puppy boutique in Goyang, Korea. Representative: XU LIAN. Business Registration No. 291-08-03521. Mail-order Sales Registration No. 2026-고양일산동-1504. Animal Sales Business Licence No. 3960100-045-2026-0002. Address: 1F Unit 101, 130 Supsongmaeul 2-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

2. How buying a puppy works

  1. You message us about the puppy you like and your country.
  2. We share recent photos and videos, and a live video call if you wish.
  3. We send you an invoice and contract with the price, deposit and payment schedule.
  4. Your deposit reserves the puppy.
  5. Our partner veterinary hospital checks your puppy and we prepare the documents your country requires.
  6. Our pet transport partners bring your puppy to the agreed destination airport, and we keep you updated along the way.

3. Puppy information and updates

The photos and videos we send are of the actual puppy. Until departure you can ask for a video update every week (up to twice a week).

4. Travel and documents

Entry requirements are set by your country and can change. We confirm the current requirements for your destination before booking the flight.

6. Your contract

If these terms and your signed invoice and contract are different, your signed contract applies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

2. 분양 절차

  1. 원하는 강아지와 거주 국가를 메시지로 알려 주세요.
  2. 최근 사진과 영상을 보내 드리고, 원하시면 영상통화도 해 드려요.
  3. 분양가, 계약금, 결제 일정이 적힌 인보이스와 계약서를 보내 드려요.
  4. 계약금으로 강아지를 예약해요.
  5. 제휴 동물병원에서 검진하고, 도착 국가에 필요한 서류를 준비해요.
  6. 운송 파트너가 약정한 도착 공항까지 강아지를 데려다 드리고, 이동 중 소식을 전해 드려요.

3. 강아지 정보와 소식

보내 드리는 사진과 영상은 실제 분양할 강아지예요. 출국 전까지 매주 영상을 요청하실 수 있어요(최대 주 2회).

4. 운송과 서류

입국 요건은 도착 국가가 정하며 바뀔 수 있어요. 항공편 예약 전에 해당 국가의 최신 요건을 확인해 드려요.

5. 건강 보증과 환불

6. 계약서

이 약관과 서명한 인보이스·계약서의 내용이 다르면 서명한 계약서가 우선해요. 이 약관은 관련 법률에 따른 고객님의 권리를 제한하지 않아요.
